Why This Tool Exists

Most prayer time tools require downloading an app or creating an account. This one runs entirely in your browser — open the page, allow location (or search for a city), and your estimated prayer times appear instantly. No signup, no download, no data stored.

This tool provides: estimated Fajr, Zuhr, Asr, Maghrib, and Isha times for your location using astronomical calculations. Shafi, Hanafi, and Ja'fari madhab options. Tahajjud and Ishraq times. Hijri date display. Moon phase tracking. Upcoming Islamic dates. Qibla direction. A monthly prayer calendar. A tasbeeh counter. Sharing via WhatsApp, Telegram, and SMS. A printer-friendly timetable. All calculations run in your browser — we never see your data.

What This Tool Does and Does Not Do

What it does:

Shows estimated prayer times based on widely used astronomical calculation methods
Automatically selects the calculation method most commonly used in your region
Supports Shafi, Hanafi, and Ja'fari madhab conventions
Displays Hijri dates, moon phases, and upcoming Islamic dates (as astronomical estimates)
Calculates Qibla direction from your location

What it does not do:

It does not store your location, IP address, or any personal data
It does not require a signup, account, or app download
It does not provide religious rulings, fatwas, or guidance on how to pray
It does not claim to be a religious authority — prayer times shown are estimates based on astronomical calculations
It does not replace your local mosque or Islamic authority, whose published times take precedence

Our Sources

Prayer time calculations use the open-source adhan.js astronomical library, which implements the standard equations used by ISNA (Islamic Society of North America), Muslim World League, Umm al-Qura, and other major Islamic organisations. Privacy

All calculations happen in your browser. When you search for a city, your browser contacts OpenStreetMap to look up the location. We never see your coordinates or search queries. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
